Bell and Ash in the Curse of Thadeus Drake is the first book in an adventure series aimed at the middle-grade market.

In 1813, the adventurous Captain Thadeus Drake returns from sea with a horde of stolen gold. 200 years later, a young girl is paralysed during a robbery at her father's antiques shop. Now four years on, wheelchair-bound Bell and twelve-year-old Ash, a blind girl with a 6th sense for mystery, are about to uncover the truth behind Drake's long-lost legacy, bringing the past crashing into the present.

Up against ancient curses and menacing robbers who will stop at nothing to get what they want, Bell and Ash are in grave danger as they race against time in their search for buried treasure.
